Private Pilates Lessons

This class is 100% about you. Private lessons are tailored for your body and meet you where you are on any given day. You will start with a warm-up, a full-body workout personalized to your goals, corrective exercises (if needed) and a cool-down. You will leave feeling taller, stronger and more energized.
Semi-Private Lessons
55 minutes
It is a Private lesson, but rather than just you, you get to bring a friend, partner or co-worker up to 3 people. Share the fun while having the benefit of lowering the cost.

How We Work
Personalized, Consistent, and Committed
At Heart of Movement, all of our sessions are thoughtfully scheduled and personally managed by Kim. We offer regular weekly class times for each of our clients, ensuring consistency, progress, and a true sense of community.
Each duet and trio is a permanent group, so we do not offer drop-ins or casual bookings. This enables us to maintain the integrity of the classical method while tailoring each class to the specific needs of its participants.
